4. PAY SCALE & AGE LIMIT

• Pay Level: Level-7 in Pay Matrix (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)
• Approx. Monthly Emoluments: ₹99,000 (including allowances at Delhi)
• Maximum Age: 30 years (age relaxation as per rules)

5. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) or Master's Degree (M.Sc) in the relevant subjects from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates must possess a valid GATE score in the corresponding paper from GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025.

6. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Educational: B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc in specified disciplines.
• GATE: Valid GATE score (2023/2024/2025) in corresponding paper.
• Nationality: Citizen of India.
• Other: As per the official notification.

7. APPLICATION FEE

Candidates should refer to the official notification for applicable application fee and payment instructions.

8. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR OFFLINE APPLICATION

The application is fully offline. Candidates must send the duly filled application form (typed on A4 paper in English capital letters) along with self-attested copies of required documents by ordinary post to:

The application must reach the address on or before 14-12-2025. Use black/blue ink and affix a recent passport-size photograph with name and DOB on the back.
